Upgraded wine

Whether you favour a robust red, a crisp white or a delicate rosé, there are plenty of ways to elevate your Wedding Breakfast. Treat your guests to a Zinfandel, spoil the top table with a Pinot Noir, or surprise your aunt with her favourite New Zealand Sauvignon – the choice is entirely yours.

Bucks fizz breakfast

After saying ‘I do’ and celebrating into the night, join your wedding party for breakfast in the Cellar Bar. Greet your guests with something bubbly and delicious – the perfect final thank you and a classic way to end your wedding at West Tower.

Cask ale

While our draught selection is extensive, nothing quite compares to a real hand-pulled cask ale. Choose from favourites such as Sharp’s Doom Bar or Timothy Taylor Landlord, or let us know your personal favourite. Served from the Ballroom Bar and available throughout your celebrations, your chosen ale is complimentary for guests to enjoy.

You could even turn it into a wedding favour by offering guests a drinks token to redeem for a perfectly poured pint.

Cocktail hour

From Cosmopolitans to Old Fashioneds, treat your guests to a classic cocktail selection served alongside canapés or as an aperitif after your wedding breakfast. As the sun sets, our team will mix and serve your chosen drinks while your toastmaster announces that “cocktail hour is about to begin” – a truly glamorous moment. Choose up to three options for your guests to enjoy, with favourites including French Martini, Cosmopolitan, Old Fashioned, Whiskey Sour, Woo Woo, Kraken Cuba Libre, Strawberry Sunset and Pornstar Martini (£1.50 supplement).

Jäger train

Looking for the ultimate party starter? The Jäger train is guaranteed to get your guests in the mood and brings serious wow factor to your evening. Watch as our newlyweds go head-to-head to see whose train reaches the end first. Set up in the Cellar Bar to surprise guests after your wedding breakfast, or in the Ballroom to kick off your evening celebrations in style. All aboard!

Cigars and brandy

The ultimate treat for the gents. Whether it’s to start the day, round off the evening, or enjoy after dinner, this package is a refined way to share a moment with your groomsmen over a world-famous Havana cigar and a glass of premium brandy. If brandy isn’t your preferred tipple, just let your co-ordinator know – we’ll be happy to suggest an alternative.

Frozen cocktails

Frozen Daiquiris are a good idea at any time of day. Whether as an add-on to your canapés, an aperitif after your wedding breakfast, or a fun start to your evening reception, our frozen cocktail machine is always a crowd-pleaser. Set up in the Cellar Bar during your drinks reception or in the Ballroom for your evening return. Guests can help themselves throughout the night, or our team can prepare drinks for you. Use your drinks tokens as a wedding favour and let guests redeem them for a perfectly chilled cocktail. Choose 70 of one flavour, or 35 each of two options.  Speak with your Co- Ordinator about flavours available.

Gin bar

Let the party be-gin. With so many exceptional gins to choose from, our pop-up Gin Bar is the perfect after-dinner spectacle to share with your guests. Select up to five of your favourites for our team to serve with a range of mixers, fresh fruits and garnishes. Ideal for the Cellar Bar after your wedding breakfast, or as a celebratory drink following your ceremony. If gin isn’t your tipple, you’re welcome to choose another spirit – just let your co-ordinator know. Drinks tokens can also double as wedding favours for guests to enjoy a visit to the bar.

Champagne tower

Create a show-stopping moment with a four-tier champagne tower featuring 30 elegant saucers. Poured outside on the terrace, it’s a beautiful way to mark the start of your celebrations. A minimum of five bottles of champagne or prosecco is required for the pour.
