Our Wedding Coordinators and Sales Team will help you shape the celebration in advance, answering questions and sharing ideas to make it personal. On the big day, our Events Managers, Bar Manager and wider crew work quietly behind the scenes – looking after timings, table plans and little details you won’t even notice.

Stephanie Beqo
General Manager
Joined the team in August 2015. Stephanie’s hospitality career actually started at West Tower when she was 15, and took her through hotels across the UK and overseas before she returned as General Manager. She’s also a West Tower bride herself, and now leads the team as Director of Operations.
Stephanie says: “I fell in love with hospitality here at West Tower and even chose it for my own wedding day, so I know exactly how special it is. I never forget the trust our couples place in us. My job is to make sure we deliver the very best – a beautiful house, wonderful food and drink and a team who genuinely care – so your day feels even better than you imagined.”
Kim Halliday
Events Manager
Joined the team in February 2018. Kim has spent more than 20 years in hospitality and events, leading from the front and keeping everything running smoothly. She’s calm, organised and knows the operational side of West Tower inside out.
Kim says: “I love working with a close-knit team and seeing all the planning come together on the day. I know how much time and love our couples put into every decision, so I’ll always do everything I can to make sure their day is exactly what they hoped for and more. No two weddings are ever the same and that’s what makes this job so special.”
Karan Maguire
Sales Manager
Joined the team in November 2014. With over 35 years in hospitality, Karan has worked across almost every area of the industry. She’s known for her calm, knowledgeable approach and for the way she quietly supports the team around her.
Karan says: “I feel very lucky to work with such a dedicated team. Everyone here wants the same thing – for our couples to have the day they’ve always dreamed of. I love being part of that journey, sharing what I’ve learnt over the years and making sure every detail is taken care of.”
Maria Broderick
Wedding Coordinator
Joined the team in September 2015. With over 35 years of experience in hotels across sales and front of house, Maria has a detailed understanding of what guests need at every stage of their stay. She’s known for being organised and caring, and for the way she quietly supports couples from first enquiry through to the wedding day.
Maria says:
“I love getting to know each couple and hearing all about their plans. Often we work together for several years, so it feels very special to be part of that journey. I’m there to listen, offer honest advice and make sure everything is in place so that when the day arrives they can simply relax and enjoy every moment.”
Sarah Dowling
Wedding Coordinator
Joined the team in April 2022. With nearly 25 years in hospitality, Sarah has worked across Rosette fine dining, large-scale events, housekeeping, kitchens and reception, giving her a real understanding of how everything fits together. She now focuses on sales and events, and is known for her energy, attention to detail and the way she supports couples from first enquiry to the final dance.
Sarah says:
“I feel very fortunate to do what I do in such a beautiful setting with a team who work incredibly hard for every couple. I love hearing all the ideas people have for their wedding and helping them shape those plans into a day that feels like ‘them’. From the first viewing through to the last guest leaving, I’m there to guide, reassure and make sure everything runs smoothly so they can enjoy every moment.”
Charlotte Foster
Events Manager
Joined the team in June 2024. Charlotte has spent many years in hospitality, building experience across busy events and day-to-day operations. As Events Manager she is hands-on, detail focused and known for keeping the team motivated so that every part of the day runs smoothly for couples and their guests.
Charlotte says:
“I always knew I wanted to work in weddings, so being able to help couples celebrate here at West Tower feels very special. I love meeting people at our open events, hearing what they have in mind and then seeing it all come together on the day. My role is to keep everything organised, support my team and make sure couples feel relaxed and looked after from the moment they arrive until the last song finishes.”
James Butler
Events Manager
Joined the team in March 2024. James is no stranger to large-scale events, having led hospitality for thousands of guests at football stadiums across the country and overseen staffing for the Harry Potter: A Forbidden Forest Experience in the UK. He brings that big-event experience to West Tower, focusing on seamless logistics, clear communication and a calm, reassuring presence for couples and their guests.
James says:
“It means a lot to be trusted with such an important day in people’s lives. My job is to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes so couples can relax, enjoy the atmosphere and spend time with the people who matter most. I love seeing the house full of life, hearing the feedback from guests and knowing that the team and I have played a part in a day they will always remember.”
Stephen Sanders
Bar Manager
Joined the team in December 2015. With over 16 years in hospitality and more than a decade as a landlord, Stephen brings a real depth of knowledge to the bar at West Tower. As Bar Manager he makes sure the drinks list is thoughtfully put together and that service is relaxed, efficient and welcoming for every guest.
Stephen says:
“I really enjoy working with couples to create a drinks set-up that feels right for them, whether that’s a classic reception drink or something a little more personal. On the day itself my focus is on keeping the bar running smoothly so no one is left waiting and everyone feels well looked after. We have a brilliant team here and it shows in the way we care for people from the first welcome drink to the last nightcap.”
