Not a problem at all! Either way, our team will have everything ready for you, on your return to West Tower as Newlyweds!

Can we stay the night before?
As we’re an exclusive venue, we can only offer a pre-night stay if we don’t have a wedding taking place the day before your own. We can look to arrange this with you closer to your Wedding Day, if the night before is available. Alternatively we can recommend lots of places to stay close by!
What is the payment schedule?
We require your £2,000 deposit to confirm your booking, after that nothing is required until either 12 or 9 months before your day, depending on how far in advance you book! 50% payment is then due 6 months prior to your wedding, with the final balance due 6 weeks before.

We have 27 guest rooms available, either in the Main House, Cottages, Coach House or Stables, as well as our stunning Dom Perignon Bridal Suite, which is included in all our packages for the Bridal Couple. We allow you to allocate all the rooms, meaning you can choose who stays, though we can take bookings direct if you’d prefer; all rooms need to be pre-paid by 4 weeks prior to your day!
Do we need Wedding Insurance?
We absolutely recommend that as soon as you have booked your wedding venue, the next thing you do is book your Wedding Insurance, to cover you against any unforeseen circumstances.
How many Weddings take place at once?
As an Exclusive Wedding Venue, we only host one wedding per day! Our house is exclusively yours to fill with your family and friends! We don’t have other facilities on site (spa/gym/restaurant), so you can rest assured there won’t be any golfers, members of the public, or other Brides here on your big day!
How many guests can we invite?
During the day, we can host up to 145 guests for your ceremony and seated Wedding Breakfast, and up to 250 guests for your evening celebrations!

Everything from your Canapes to your Evening Buffet is prepared on site, on the day of your wedding, meaning we can be very accommodating of any guests with dietary needs.

If you provide the music to us, we’re happy to control the music for your ceremony, whether in our Ballroom or outdoors in the Pagoda. Alternatively, you’re more than welcome to have live music, such as a pianist or string quartet!
Do you provide the music for the rest of the day?
We have our own Spotify account, so are happy to provide background music for you throughout the day, though you’re more than welcome to bring your own playlist with you if you’d prefer! Any device will work on our PA systems, so long as it has the AUX input or Bluetooth.

For parties of up to 100 guests, the bar and music is until midnight (though this can be extended!), and for 100+ evening guests, it’s 1am!

Yes! We have two fabulous recommended suppliers for Fireworks, though you’re welcome to use any supplier, so long as they have the correct insurances and can complete the necessary risk assessment, and the fireworks are low-noise.
Do we have to use your recommended suppliers?
Our Preferred Partners list is made up of a wide selection of suppliers that we work with all the time; they know the venue well, we know they’re reliable and frankly, we think they’re fabulous! There are no restrictions though – you can have whoever you like here on your day!
Can we have a band?
Absolutely you can! If you’re not also booking a DJ, make sure that your Band will provide music before, during and after their live sets!
The bigger the band the more of your dancefloor space you will be using, we would recommend no bigger than a 5 piece band.
Is there any decoration included?
Typically, our packages don’t include any entertainment or decoration; these are the fun things that we find most couples enjoy sourcing themselves! We do, however, include little extras for you such as an aisle carpet, post box for cards, easel for table plan, table numbers, cake stand & knife and all your tables dressed in ivory linen.
