Rebecca and James met in 2008 whilst attending a maths workshop at University then, eight years later they booked a weekend away of rest and relaxation. James had prepared a montage of photos including a special picture of each year that they’d spent together. He chose to upgrade their room to a suite in order to choose this special time to propose to Rebecca. Coupled with a custom-made diamond ring, James’ framed picture was a truly romantic gift and of course Rebecca said yes! The couple heard of West Tower through Facebook and Instagram and decided that they had to visit the Lancashire venue. The setting and layout of the house was perfect for how they pictured their summer wedding.

Anna and Graeme met on a night out in Ormskirk one October evening. Two years later they spent a weekend in Edinburgh for the Bonfire night celebrations. They wanted to see the fireworks for which this great city is world famous, so they made their way to Calton Hill.
