Whilst the Cava at West Tower is delightful, if we do say so ourselves, we do know that it's not everyone's cup of tea. There are tonnes of options for alternative arrival drinks if you'd like to offer something different or give your guests a choice. Sparkling cocktails such at Peach Bellini's are always elegant; you might opt for something seasonal like Pimm's for Summer or Mulled Wine for Winter and you can't go wrong with a bottled beer for the gents! Lots of upgrades are available for just £1, so it doesn't take much to personalise your drinks reception and ensure your guests are happy!

At West Tower, our standard canape selection is super tempting, from mini Yorkshire Puddings to Cajun Chicken Skewers, but if you're after something slightly more substantial, why not consider one of our 'cones'. Whether you like the sound of the Peppered Steak, Fish & Chips, Antipasto cone or even all 3, these mini morsels will please your guests and leave them satisfied until dinner time. Upgraded canapes start from just £1 each and can really add a sense of luxury to your afternoon!

We include a fabulous 3 course breakfast for you, but when the food's this good, we know some couples long for more! You can add a 4th course to your meal from £4 per guest; perhaps a soup course to follow your starter or a cheese course to finish in style! Cheese courses can be added per table, rather than per person too, if you'd prefer a more casual, family-style service.

At just £2 person, it's the perfect way of giving a selection, especially if like most couples, you're struggling to choose just one!

A lovely glass of Cava is the perfect way to toast your new chapter, but maybe you'd like something more special for your day…… a sparkling cocktail, glass of champagne or perhaps just a rose fizz rather than brut? If you wanted, you could always treat the top table only to something fancy! A few bottles of Laurent Perrier would do down nicely, trust us!

At West Tower, we typically include 1/2 bottle of wine per guest, so 30 bottles for 60 guests and so on. We have a fabulous range of house wines, plus an extensive selection of supplemented options. Starting from only £3 per bottle, you can choose to swap the house Merlot to an upgraded Malbec, whether that's for the entire party or just one bottle for Uncle Joe & Aunty Mary, who you know love an Argentinian red….. You could always just upgrade the wine for yourselves and your nearest and dearest on the top table, they're the VIP's after all!
