Night before - 6.30pm
First, arrive at the Cristal Suite for a relaxed pre-wedding stay. With space for up to six, it is the perfect setting for your closest people. You can add any last-minute touches and enjoy a calm evening together before the big day.

Final prep - 12.00pm
Next, move over to the Bridal Suite at 12pm for your final prep. Enjoy every moment surrounded by your bridal party while our team makes sure everything is ready behind the scenes.

Ceremony - 1.00pm
Then, exchange your vows in the elegant Ballroom, with soft light flooding through the bay windows and views across the gardens. Every detail is taken care of, so you can simply take it all in.

Drinks - 1.30pm
Afterwards, step outside to celebrate on the terrace or gather by the bar for your first glass of fizz as a married couple. Then capture photos, share hugs and let the celebrations truly begin.

Wedding breakfast - 3.30pm
Next, move through to the Ballroom for your wedding breakfast, thoughtfully prepared by our chefs and served with seamless care. Then raise a glass to the people who have made your day unforgettable.

Speeches - 6.00pm
As the speeches begin, from heartfelt words to bursts of laughter, this is one of the most memorable parts of the day. Whether you’re speaking or listening, we’ll make sure every toast feels effortless.

As the evening unfolds, the Cellar Bar and dancefloor come alive. Later, from first dance to final song, this is your time to celebrate, surrounded by everyone you love.

When the music fades, your guests can retire to their rooms while you retreat to the Bridal Suite. There, you can reflect on every moment of the day in the quiet comfort of West Tower.
