I cannot thank West Tower enough – they made our wedding day the most special day!
My wedding coordinator was Maria and she was always available to answer any questions or problems I had. Honestly nothing was ever to much trouble, she helped us organise everything for the wedding day and was very VERY patient with me with my constant emailing. Everything is planned down to absolute perfection here and you will never have to worry about anything. Timings run so smoothly and everything just flows and you will always be looked after!
I would also like to take the time to mention the most amazing Events Manager that made sure our day ran smoothly and that is Kim.
Honestly she was amazing, she made sure that everything went to plan, constantly checking on my husband and I, and every other guest at our party. Kim was with us from the start of our wedding day to near enough the end. She worked so hard at making our wedding day perfect and we all honestly appreciated everything she did. Even down to the little details of making sure we had food and drink in our room in case we just wanted time out and even tidying our suite so it was clean for when we arrived back at night.
Every guest at our wedding noticed how hard the staff worked and they go above and beyond for every single guest!
That being said every single member of staff were amazing and so kind and we just can’t thank them enough for everything they did for us both and everyone at the wedding.
If you are thinking of getting married here JUST DO IT YOU YOU WON’T REGRET IT!
