The food was also exceptional – we loved the midnight buffet the staff had prepared in the bridal suite when we finally went to bed after a long night of dancing. The whole experience was exactly how I dreamed it would be and I would recommend West Tower to anyone!

The staff made our wedding day the best day of our lives. they were so attentive, helpful and had thought about everything to make sure our day was seamless. it is a gorgeous venue from top to toe and our guests and family had an epic day and night.

My wedding coordinator was Maria and she was always available to answer any questions or problems I had. Everything is planned down to absolute perfection here and you will never have to worry about anything. Timings run so smoothly and everything just flows and you will always be looked after!

Where to begin?! We didn’t even view any other venues. From our meetings and emails with Alex, until the heartbreaking moment that we had to check out the day after, we were given exceptional customer service.
Thank you so much Alex for all your detailed planning and support and answering my 1000 questions in the run up, and to Kim for being my best friend on the day. Everywhere I looked Kim was continuously working her socks off, and I knew we didn’t have a thing to worry about. She took care of my 93 year old Grandad who was giving me away, making sure he had his seat and a coffee! No request was too much trouble, she even helped me frantically sort the bustle on my dress with about 30 seconds to go before my first dance. We had guests with dietary requests and some who didn’t speak English but West Tower deal with such things like it’s the total norm. All of our guests LOVED the venue and commented on how fab the staff are. Please can you thank all your team from the 13th Aug- the bar/food staff, the chef, cleaners- everyone. The food was brilliant and finding a plate of it in our room later on was delightful!
My heart genuinely broke as I said goodbye to Alex and to West Tower (as it did saying farewell to our fab suppliers) as it’s such a journey you go on from start to end- an exciting but sometimes frightening one. West Tower treat you like you are the only couple on the planet that day. I only wish we could do it again tomorrow.
