How did you hear about West Tower?
We live very local to West Tower so had always said what a stunning venue it was, and with our time of year a December wedding we thought it would be the perfect venue.
Which other venues did you visit and how did West Tower compare?
We visited Formby Hall & a few of signature livings venues, none of them offer that fairy tale feeling West Tower offers.
What was on your ‘tick list’ of venue must-haves?
We wanted exclusivity and for the venue to feel like our home for the day. I also wanted a countryside setting. I wanted our wedding to be a representation of us as a couple. My theme was dreamy & romantic, West Tower offered all of this.
How many times did you visit before booking?
We visited three times, every time I fell in love with the venue even more.
Why did you book West Tower?
West Tower is beautiful at all seasons but in winter there is something so special about the venue! It really was the perfect venue for our wedding.
Once you had booked
Did you visit an Open Evening or Showcase event?
We attended around 3 open evenings which were great as we got to show our family the stunning venue.
How did your coordinator help plan your day?
Alex was amazing from start to finish, her attention to detail is incredible.
Did you attend a menu taste event? If so, what did you enjoy about it?
We attended a menu tasting which was fab the food was delicious, and we were really surprised at all the dishes and wine that we got to sample.

Did you enjoy the food and drink served on your day?
Absolutely it was delicious, and all our guests commented on how good it was.

Your thoughts on West Tower
Would you recommend West Tower as a wedding venue? If so, please give 5 reasons why?
I can not recommend West Tower enough, the venue is beautiful, it’s your home for the day. The whole place has a magical feeling to it. Their operation is smooth and slick, the co-ordination the team have with their colleagues and suppliers is amazing. We could relax and enjoy our day knowing everything was going smoothly and our guests were all enjoying themselves. We never had to keep track of time, the team was there making sure everything was running smoothly and on time.
Is there a member of staff who stands-out for you? If so who & why?
Our wedding planner Alex got to know us as a couple and all the small intricacies of our wedding, thank you for all your help in the run up to the day. Your calm and collected approach really put my mind at ease through my many questions and queries as well as on the day, you are exceptional at what you do, our day would have not been the same without you!
What would you say to someone who was considering West Tower for their wedding venue?
I think what makes West tower such an incredible place is how personal everything is. From the moment we first contacted the venue through to leaving the day after our wedding everything was a joy. The venue is stunning and so incredibly perfect in every way! We truly experienced our fairy-tale wedding at West tower.
